This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in managing incoming calls, emails, and chats.
• Contribute to the development of brand identity with both new and existing customers.
• Evaluate and categorize customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers.
• Provide comprehensive support across all aspects of customer service.
• Review, analyze, and record pertinent details to guarantee precise data entry.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by meeting and surpassing customer expectations.
• Act as a liaison, offering product information and resolving issues with precision and efficiency.
• Acknowledge and address customer complaints effectively.
• Respond to general inquiries regarding pricing, orders, minor installation issues, missing hardware, warranty, and general product information.
• Manage a high volume of inbound customer interactions through various channels (phone, email, web, chat, or social media).
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at every customer interaction.
• Meet established goals or deadlines set forth by department leadership.
• Ensure the accuracy of customer records and make updates as necessary.
• Keep thorough records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Complete customer transactions and data entry promptly.
• Exhibit high accountability by adhering to the instructions or guidance provided by leadership.
• Continuously enhance job-specific skills, system understanding, and technical knowledge through training.
• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Technical Certification or an Associate's Degree is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, technical support, or a related field is required.
• 2-5 years of experience is preferred.
• Minimum internet speeds of 100 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload are required for effective system connectivity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, is necessary.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to maintain or exceed overall performance levels with high accuracy.
• Capability to demonstrate flexibility and creativity in resolving issues professionally.
• Advanced skills in organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Excellent attendance and reliability are crucial.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints effectively.
• Proficient typing skills with speed and accuracy are required.
