This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in managing incoming calls, emails, and chats.
• Build and enhance brand identity with both new and existing customers.
• Identify and evaluate customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Serve as the company's primary point of contact for customers.
• Provide comprehensive support across all customer service areas.
• Review, analyze, and document pertinent details for precise data entry.
• Ensure the accuracy of customer records and update them as necessary.
• Manage a high volume of inbound customer interactions through various channels.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude during every customer interaction.
• Complete customer transactions, documentation, and/or data entry promptly.
• Continuously enhance job-specific skills and technical knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Technical Certification or an Associate's Degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, technical support, or a related field is required.
• 2 to 5 years of experience is preferred.
• Minimum internet speed of 100 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is essential.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
• Ability to maintain or exceed overall performance with high accuracy levels.
• Proven flexibility and creativity in problem-solving.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and attention to detail capabilities.
• Capacity to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attendance and reliability are crucial.
• Skill in resolving conflicts with compassion.
• Experience with various computer systems and technologies is advantageous.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work on weekends and holidays is required.
