This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Address customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or other support channels promptly and professionally.
• Offer precise information concerning products, services, billing, and account-related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve customer problems or escalate complex cases to the relevant department.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions using CRM or ticketing systems.
• Handle customer requests including orders, refunds, or account modifications.
• Follow up with customers to guarantee complete resolution and satisfaction.
• Achieve performance objectives such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to address complex issues.
• Uphold a professional, empathetic, and customer-centric approach at all times.
• Must be located in the United Kingdom (preferably Manchester or London).
• A clear British English accent is required (native or near-native level).
• Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is advantageous.
