This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Manage all incoming calls promptly, efficiently, and professionally in accordance with Call Quality Guidelines.
• Process all orders received via phone, fax, or email following order entry procedures with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain consistency in Call Quality with every customer interaction based on established call quality behaviors.
• Address all inquiries that require investigation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving efficiently and professionally to achieve resolution within 24 hours.
• Relay all relevant client and situation information to colleagues to ensure that everyone is updated with the current information regarding a specific client situation.
• Engage in all product training sessions, including but not limited to attending webinars and seminars as needed.
• Enhance product knowledge and awareness of educational services by proactively promoting featured products, special promotions, and educational services.
• Ensure cross-selling and upselling opportunities are maximized in line with individual and team objectives.
• Make outbound calls as necessary to facilitate effective communication with clients regarding issues, inquiries, backorder updates, promotions, and special projects.
• Collaborate and communicate with all other departments to ensure that clients' needs are not only met but exceeded.
• Offer support to teammates and colleagues as necessary.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Proficient problem-solving skills.
