Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming customer calls promptly and in a professional manner

• Assist customers with scheduling and handling general service inquiries, including those related to appliance repairs

• Manage and maintain customer information, interactions, and service requests within CRM systems

• Perform daily customer service and administrative duties

• Offer responsive and dependable phone support for a U.S.-based appliance repair service company

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service

• Proficient in English (both verbal and written)

• Familiarity with CRMs, dispatch, or service scheduling systems

• Proactive attitude and a strong sense of accountability

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace

• Availability to take calls during all working hours

• Previous experience in appliance repair, home services, or similar service-oriented businesses is highly preferred
