Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Provides assistance to customers regarding their transportation inquiries and issues.

• Arranges, adjusts, and cancels reservations as requested by customers.

• Collects and records details of customer complaints and concerns.

• Ensures all pertinent customer information is accurately recorded.

• Participates in mandatory meetings and complies with company policies and procedures.

• Upholds acceptable standards for attendance and punctuality.

• Guarantees precise entry of trip data and documentation.

• Maintains a courteous, professional, and respectful attitude at all times.

• Shows dedication to delivering high-quality work.

• Directs unresolved customer issues to the appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution.

• Fosters a positive and cooperative working atmosphere.

• Supports a 24/7/365 contact center environment; schedules may include nights, weekends, and holidays, including company-recognized holidays, with a requirement for holiday coverage.

• Engages in additional projects or responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred: High School Diploma.

• 0-2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role with high call volume and data entry, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities, with a capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Capability to swiftly learn new technologies and processes.

• Ability to comprehend and adhere to complex instructions.

• Proficiency in typing at least 35 words per minute with accuracy.
