Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Assists customers by addressing transportation-related inquiries and issues.

• Schedules, alters, and cancels reservations as per customer requests.

• Collects and documents details regarding customer complaints and concerns.

• Ensures all pertinent customer information is accurately recorded.

• Participates in mandatory meetings and complies with company policies and procedures.

• Maintains satisfactory attendance and punctuality standards.

• Guarantees precise entry and documentation of trip data.

• Upholds a polite, professional, and courteous demeanor at all times.

• Shows dedication to producing high-quality work.

• Refers unresolved customer issues to the appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution.

• Fosters a positive and cooperative working atmosphere.

• Supports a 24/7/365 contact center environment; schedules may include nights, weekends, and holidays, including company-recognized holidays, with required holiday coverage.

• Engages in additional projects or responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma preferred.

• 0-2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role, preferably with high call volume and data entry, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

• Capability to quickly learn new technologies and processes.

• Ability to understand and follow complex instructions.

• Proficiency in typing at least 35 words per minute accurately.
