Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.

📋 Description

• Assists clients with inquiries and issues related to transportation.

• Manages the scheduling, modification, and cancellation of reservations as requested.

• Collects and records details of customer complaints and issues.

• Ensures all pertinent customer information is accurately recorded.

• Participates in mandatory meetings and complies with company policies and procedures.

• Maintains standards for attendance and punctuality.

• Guarantees precise data entry and documentation for trips.

• Upholds a respectful, professional, and courteous demeanor consistently.

• Shows dedication to delivering high-quality work.

• Refers unresolved customer complaints to the appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution.

• Fosters a positive and cooperative working atmosphere.

• Supports a 24/7/365 contact center environment; schedules may include nights, weekends, and holidays, including company-recognized holidays, with required holiday coverage.

• Engages in additional projects or responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma is preferred.

• 0-2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role with high call volume and data entry is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Ability to swiftly learn new technologies and processes, and to comprehend and follow complex instructions.

• Ability to accurately type at least 35 words per minute.
