Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Assists customers by addressing transportation inquiries and concerns.

• Schedules, modifies, and cancels reservations as needed.

• Collects and documents information regarding customer complaints and issues.

• Ensures that all pertinent customer information is accurately recorded.

• Attends necessary meetings and complies with company policies and procedures.

• Maintains satisfactory attendance and punctuality standards.

• Guarantees precise entry and documentation of trip data.

• Upholds a polite, professional, and courteous demeanor at all times.

• Shows dedication to delivering high-quality work.

• Refers unresolved customer complaints to the appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution.

• Fosters a positive and collaborative working atmosphere.

• Supports a 24/7/365 contact center environment; schedules may include nights, weekends, and holidays, including company-recognized holidays, with mandatory holiday coverage.

• Engages in additional projects or responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma preferred.

• 0-2 years of contact center or customer service experience in a high call volume setting and data entry preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Capability to swiftly learn new technologies and processes, understanding and following complex instructions.

• Proficient in typing at least 35 words per minute with accuracy.
