This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Address incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers in alignment with our established policies and procedures; effectively manage and resolve customer issues by delivering accurate information with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding Minted products and promotions, along with general order-related information; provide support in processing orders and personalizing designs.
• Recognize and escalate urgent issues that require immediate attention.
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system while adhering to departmental guidelines.
• Utilize support tools and training resources, including our knowledge base, to address inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction, delivering a high-quality service experience.
• Spot opportunities for enhancing the customer experience and communicate these insights with Customer Service leadership.
• Strive for the highest standards of quality, taking ownership of your own Quality and Productivity KPIs.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service (preferably within a premium brand context).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the capacity to follow through on tasks.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is advantageous.
