This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

• Build and uphold robust relationships with doctors and healthcare providers to guarantee long-lasting satisfaction and loyalty.

• Actively reach out to doctors for follow-ups, support, and feedback to enhance service quality.

• Oversee the preparation, distribution, and signing of contracts using DocuSign, ensuring all necessary fields are filled out and signed promptly.

• Provide assistance to doctors regarding any inquiries or issues related to contract terms and document signing.

• Professionally represent the company in all interactions, ensuring clear, respectful, and precise communication with doctors and healthcare staff.

• Address and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels, delivering exceptional service and timely solutions.

• Ensure that all documentation, contracts, and communications are accurately recorded and tracked.

• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs, streamline processes, and provide outstanding service.

• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within a healthcare or medical environment.

• Strong capability to establish and maintain professional relationships, especially with doctors and medical professionals.

• Proficient in utilizing DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with doctors.

• Outgoing, approachable, and at ease in engaging conversations while upholding professionalism.

• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to multitask and efficiently manage various administrative responsibilities.
