Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct research on industrial property owners utilizing the provided CREX and CoStar filters, then input property details into a shared Google Sheet.

• Place a high volume of outbound calls to owners of older industrial buildings to assess their interest in selling.

• Maintain a professional, friendly, and conversational tone during calls while focusing on determining owner interest.

• Document detailed notes after each conversation, including outcomes and follow-up dates, and reach out to owners who request callbacks or show future interest.

• Identify qualified leads and pass interested property owners to management for negotiation.

• Organize the Google Sheet with filters, color coding, status updates, and checks for duplicates prior to outreach.

• Support additional administrative tasks as business needs change.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English: Capable of engaging in natural, casual conversations with U.S.-based commercial property owners.

• A near-native English accent is crucial.

• Relationship Building: At ease with establishing rapport over the phone without sounding like a scripted telemarketer.

• Phone Confidence: Enjoys making outbound calls throughout the day and conversing with business owners.

• Spreadsheet Skills: Competent in organizing data, utilizing filters, color coding, search functions, and maintaining detailed tracking systems.

• Organization: Diligently keeps detailed notes, tracks follow-up dates, updates lead statuses, and ensures no duplicate properties are contacted.

• Tech Comfort: Familiar with remote desktop software, VPN access, Google Sheets, and company phone software.

• Adaptability: Willing to assist with additional administrative or spreadsheet tasks when call volume permits.

• Experience: General work experience is necessary.
