This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Consistently provide exceptional customer service experiences.
• Oversee customer accounts and deliver technical support.
• Enter application data accurately.
• Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned.
• Understand and adhere to established procedures and policies.
• Exhibit creative problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to evolving projects and updates.
• Manage time and tasks effectively, including multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
• Engage in extensive self-study, training, and testing; advancement through training and certification is contingent on passing required exams.
• Comply with regulated guidelines for communication across all channels.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Successfully complete a background check and drug test within 3 days.
• Must have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace.
• A personal device with a functioning camera is required for the Training Period.
• Must commit to full attendance during the paid 3-week Training period.
• A minimum internet speed of 100 mb/s with an Ethernet cable or Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired connection is required.
• Not compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellite connections.
• Not compatible with Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders (e.g., T-Mobile is not compatible with our internal systems).
