Customer Service Representative

📋 Description

• Deliver compassionate and professional customer service to policyholders.

• Aid customers with inquiries related to life, cancer, and various insurance policies.

• Assist in initiating and managing sensitive claims when necessary.

• Listen attentively and show empathy during emotionally charged conversations.

• Communicate effectively and at a comfortable pace for customers.

• Provide precise information while maintaining a calm and reassuring presence.

• Accurately document customer interactions and adhere to established procedures.

• Safeguard customer information and uphold confidentiality.

• Must live in one of the specified states: Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.

• Shift differential: an additional $1/hr for night and weekend shifts.

• Paid training, generally lasting 2 weeks.

• Full-time position with 40 hours per week.

• Benefits eligibility begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
