Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +21 more states.

• Deliver empathetic and professional customer service to policyholders.

• Assist clients with inquiries related to life, cancer, and various insurance policies.

• Aid in initiating and managing sensitive claims as necessary.

• Actively listen and show empathy during emotionally charged conversations.

• Communicate effectively and at a comfortable pace for customers.

• Provide accurate information while maintaining a calm and reassuring presence.

• Accurately document customer interactions and adhere to established procedures.

• Safeguard customer information and uphold confidentiality.

• Ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction.

• Must reside in AL, GA, ID, IA, IN, KS, LA, MI, MS, NV, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TX, TN, UT, VA, WV, WI, or WY.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. CST.

• Available for paid training from Monday to Friday, typically from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST.

🏝️ Benefits

• Starting pay of $14 per hour.

• Shift differential: an additional $1 per hour for night and weekend shifts.

• Paid training, generally lasting 2 weeks.

• Full-time position, totaling 40 hours per week.

• Eligibility for benefits begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
