This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels.

• Quickly resolve issues and collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery.

• Manage desk tickets, live chat interactions, and email support.

• Keep detailed documentation within the CRM system.

• Efficiently resolve help desk tickets and escalate higher-tier tickets as necessary.

• Provide prompt assistance via live chat and email support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service roles is preferred.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

• Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and basic technical troubleshooting skills.

• Adaptability to changing responsibilities and priorities.

• Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

• - Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.

• - Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.

• - Primary Device: Desktop or laptop with at least Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer) or equivalent.

• - A working webcam and noise-canceling USB headset.
