Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the generation of accurate Quotations, Purchase Orders, and Work Orders.

• Exceed customer expectations consistently.

• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional responses to customer inquiries.

• Maintain and enhance sales from both current active and previously inactive customers.

• Demonstrate the ability and willingness to seek out new business opportunities.

• Ensure data entry accuracy for orders in Oracle is measured effectively.

• Coordinate scheduling and delivery across multiple plant locations.

• Possess product knowledge to effectively address customer support questions.

• Oversee claims, account reconciliation, and transaction processes.

• Ensure timely communication with the relevant functions.

• Handle inbound calls to assist with basic customer requirements.

• Act as a liaison between manufacturing and customers.

• Acquire knowledge of the designated commercial/industrial product line.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of post-secondary education is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• At least 2 years of experience in construction products sales is advantageous but not mandatory.

• High mathematical aptitude is necessary for calculating square footage to assist customers with orders.

• Must possess strong multi-tasking abilities and high organizational skills.

• Capability to learn, understand, and apply training while exercising sound judgement in various scenarios.

• Ability to make proactive decisions based on customer requirements.

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.

• Capacity to read and interpret building drawings.
