Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email, ensuring effective, professional, and empathetic communication across our top-tier product offerings.

• Investigate and resolve customer concerns, including billing inquiries, using sound judgment to decide when to handle issues independently and when to escalate them.

• Accurately maintain and update customer accounts in our proprietary internal systems and CRM software, paying close attention to detail.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and internal partners to provide timely resolutions and ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Participate in team initiatives by offering feedback, mentoring newer team members, and engaging in ongoing improvement efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles, preferably in a multi-channel support setting.

• Utilizes structured thinking to independently resolve customer issues while knowing when to escalate matters.

• Exhibits outstanding verbal and written communication skills; approachable and personable, capable of quickly building trust and de-escalating tense situations.

• Actively supports team members, fosters stable working relationships, and contributes to collective team objectives.

• Seeks opportunities to mentor others, share ideas, and promote a positive, inclusive atmosphere.

• Well-organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing and prioritizing tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
