This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Manage incoming emergency service calls in a 24/7 support setting (scheduled shifts)
β’ Engage calmly and professionally with customers in distress
β’ Gather and document essential information (contact details, location, type of damage, severity, etc.)
β’ Input data accurately into CRM/ERP systems in real-time
β’ Perform warm transfers of calls to the relevant department with full context
β’ Adhere to scripts, workflows, and call handling protocols
β’ Exceptional spoken and written English (clear, neutral accent preferred)
β’ Strong skills in customer service and communication
β’ Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations
β’ High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
β’ Dependable attendance and a consistent work history
β’ Proficient in using VoIP systems and handling multiple tools concurrently
β’ Previous experience in call center, customer support, dispatch, or intake roles preferred
β’ Experience in urgent service sectors (restoration, HVAC, plumbing, etc.) preferred
β’ Familiarity with CRM systems and U.S. customer support processes preferred
