This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ You will be the primary point of contact for users of our Infoma software modules related to financial accounting.
β’ You will analyze and categorize customer inquiries, documenting the reports in the ticketing system.
β’ You will manage general customer inquiries and resolve them through remote diagnosis, providing necessary guidance.
β’ For more intricate issues, you will gather all pertinent data and information, preparing it for the next level of support.
β’ You will routinely engage with our training, development, and certification programs to enhance your skills continuously.
β’ You have vocational training or a degree in business administration, public administration, or tax-related fields β or possess equivalent practical experience.
β’ You demonstrate excellent communication skills and thrive as a collaborative team member.
β’ You present yourself in a customer-focused and friendly manner, showcasing a strong service orientation.
β’ You exhibit attention to detail, dedication, and a desire to learn new concepts.
