• Manage all incoming calls promptly and professionally.

• Process all orders received via phone, fax, or email.

• Maintain consistent Call Quality with every customer interaction.

• Address all inquiries that require investigation and resolution.

• Relay all relevant client information to team members.

• Attend all product training sessions.

• Enhance knowledge and awareness of products.

• Promote cross-selling and upselling whenever possible.

• Make outbound calls as needed.

• Collaborate and communicate with all other departments.
