Customer Service Professional – Multiple Client Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

📋 Description

• Manage both inbound and outbound calls to assist customers of diverse clients.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.

• Precisely input data into the database.

• Conduct follow-ups with customers as necessary to guarantee their satisfaction.

• Achieve and surpass performance metrics to qualify for promotional opportunities.

• High school diploma or its equivalent.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Dependable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (you set your own schedule).

• Windows 11 desktop or laptop required.

• Minimum of 16 GB RAM.

• No Chromebooks or Apple devices accepted.

• Dual monitors are recommended, although not necessary at the time of application.

• USB noise-canceling headset (not mandatory at the time of application).
