This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Customer support: You serve as the primary contact for our German-speaking clients through phone (inbound only) and email communication.
β’ Amazon communication: You address buyer inquiries on Amazon and manage customer reviews.
β’ Advice: You provide assistance regarding products, orders, and returns.
β’ Ticketing system: You accurately process requests in the ticketing system and ensure transparent documentation.
β’ Technical support: You manage warranty, repair, and complaint requests effectively.
β’ Spare parts: You identify and order necessary spare parts.
β’ Coordination: You maintain consistent communication with the logistics, returns, and order processing teams.
β’ Mandatory β customer service experience: You possess several years of experience in customer service, preferably in a senior position or as a team leader.
β’ Entry-level applicants, career changers, or students without customer service experience are not suitable for this role β we seek someone with established hands-on expertise.
β’ Returnees (individuals re-entering the workforce) are specifically encouraged to apply.
β’ Communication: You demonstrate friendliness, patience, and confidence during phone interactions.
β’ Language: You are fluent in German, both spoken and written, at a native level.
β’ Independent working style: You are reliable and take initiative in your work.
β’ Technical affinity: You are proficient in using a laptop, smartphone, and standard tools (Office, ticketing system, browser).
β’ Experience in customer service for technical products is a significant advantage.
β’ Residence preferably in Germany.
