• Deliver pre- and post-sales customer support, providing extensive assistance to clients.
• Oversee the entire order cycle, which includes quoting, invoicing, and delivering to the customer.
• Track order status, including modifications, returns, and billing requirements.
• Assist with accounts receivable, billing procedures, and contract or leasing administration.
• Ensure adherence to financial, legal, and international trade regulations.
• Address complex customer inquiries, including those involving multinational and multi-regional accounts.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Finance).
• Impact production/delivery schedules and price modifications as necessary.
• Help identify business opportunities and take part in regional or global initiatives.
• Collaborate with external and internal partners to ensure smooth processing of import orders through to invoicing.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, Accounting, or related areas.
• Proficiency in the SAP SD module.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Familiarity with Brazilian billing processes is a plus.
• Option for remote work.
