This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Deliver pre- and post-sales customer support, providing extensive assistance to clients.
β’ Oversee the entire order cycle, which includes quoting, invoicing, and delivering to the customer.
β’ Track order status, including modifications, returns, and billing requirements.
β’ Assist with accounts receivable, billing procedures, and contract or leasing administration.
β’ Ensure adherence to financial, legal, and international trade regulations.
β’ Address complex customer inquiries, including those involving multinational and multi-regional accounts.
β’ Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Finance).
β’ Impact production/delivery schedules and price modifications as necessary.
β’ Help identify business opportunities and take part in regional or global initiatives.
β’ Collaborate with external and internal partners to ensure smooth processing of import orders through to invoicing.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, Accounting, or related areas.
β’ Proficiency in the SAP SD module.
β’ Advanced English language skills.
β’ Familiarity with Brazilian billing processes is a plus.
β’ Option for remote work.
