This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and tickets from Zendesk (emails / LINE / Facebook) on a daily basis, providing assistance regarding products and services.
• Address product or service issues by understanding the customer’s complaint, identifying the root cause, selecting and articulating the best solution, and following up to ensure the issue is resolved.
• Forward relevant leads to the sales team when a customer places a large order or requests a custom project.
• Collaborate with other departments concerning complaints through our complaints dashboard, which must be accurately filled out to ensure a clear understanding of the issue for other teams.
• Communicate recurrent issues to management to develop long-term solutions and prevent future occurrences.
• Proficient in both Thai and English, with strong writing and speaking skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Highly motivated and completely dependable.
• Service-oriented with the capability to work both efficiently and effectively under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
