Customer Service Manager – Baufinanzierung

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will manage central telephone and email channels for inbound and outbound inquiries related to construction financing, building savings, and installment loans.

• As the first point of contact, you are responsible for addressing and resolving general and specific inquiries in the areas of construction financing, building savings, and installment loans, while diligently handling the associated administrative tasks.

• You provide valuable assistance to our sales partners in navigating the EUROPACE platform effectively.

• You independently resolve payout issues, including document pre-checks and follow-ups on outstanding matters.

• You handle requests in a structured manner and implement solutions with administrative precision.


⛳️ Requirements

• You have completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on banking, construction financing, or installment loans, although this is not mandatory.

• Excellent German language skills (minimum C1) in both spoken and written form for clear and effective communication.

• You are proficient in MS Office and are open to new systems and processes.

• Experience in construction financing, installment loans, or financial services is a plus but not required.

• A §34i qualification is desirable, or you are willing to obtain it during your onboarding process.

• You demonstrate service orientation, empathy, concentration, and an authentic, responsible demeanor personally.
