Customer Service Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

šŸ“‹ Description

• As the Customer Service Manager, you will lead the Sales Support department.

• You will be accountable for processing quotes and orders, handling complaints, and efficiently managing customer data and pricing information.

• You will supervise a team of approximately 10 employees and report to the Sales Director of Dyka Belgium.

• You will collaborate closely with colleagues in sales management and engage with key stakeholders across various departments.

• You will coordinate and monitor E-commerce and customer master data along with your team.

• You will manage contract pricing, discounts, and net prices in SAP, ensuring accurate margin monitoring.

• You will be responsible for pricing: establishing, adjusting, and organizing price increases.

• You will closely track KPIs and work purposefully towards achieving budget targets.

• You will critically evaluate existing processes, systems (SAP, C4C), and procedures, optimizing them when necessary.

• As a key user of C4C (CRM tool), you will serve as the point of contact for users and guide improvement projects.

• You will process customer bonuses and follow up in collaboration with finance.

• You will actively participate in projects, including the S/4HANA project and other cross-departmental initiatives.

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree, or possess equivalent experience.

• You have the necessary skills to motivate and lead a team.

• You are fluent in Dutch and English.

• You are a natural multitasker.

• You possess a high degree of flexibility and work in a problem-solving manner.

• You have strong communication skills and easily establish connections both within and outside the team.

• Experience with SAP and/or CRM systems such as C4C is definitely a plus.

• You have excellent Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
