Customer Service Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Providing support to our customers via telephone and in-person interactions

• Accountable for maintaining a seamless workflow of all installation processes at customer locations

• Actively participating in the development of our solution offerings

• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

• Completed commercial or technical training or an equivalent qualification; experienced project managers are also encouraged to apply

• Excellent communication skills coupled with a strong service orientation

• Ability to approach tasks in a structured manner and work independently

• A collaborative team player with a strong sense of responsibility
