This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
β’ Engage with customers through phone, chat, and email.
β’ Monitor and follow up on cases to ensure they are resolved efficiently and promptly.
β’ Uphold high levels of customer satisfaction while representing a prominent brand.
β’ Provide troubleshooting assistance for mobile devices including smartphones, tablets, and more.
β’ Help customers manage and secure their accounts and passwords.
β’ Arrange repairs for hardware-related issues.
β’ Escalate unresolved cases by reaching out to 2nd level support Interaction Experts.
β’ Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
β’ Proficiency in Polish.
β’ Advanced knowledge of English.
β’ Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or similar technologies, is preferred.
β’ Excellent communication skills.
β’ Previous experience in customer support is advantageous.
β’ Strong troubleshooting abilities.
