This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Engage with customers through phone, chat, and email.
• Monitor and manage cases to ensure they are resolved efficiently and promptly.
• Uphold high levels of customer satisfaction while representing a leading brand.
• Provide support for troubleshooting mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, and more.
• Assist customers with managing and securing their accounts and passwords.
• Organize repairs for hardware-related issues.
• Escalate unresolved cases by reaching out to second-level support.
• Ensure consistent high customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Czech.
• Advanced command of English.
• Experience with iOS and/or MacOS, or similar technologies, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer support is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities.
