This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Managing multiple live chat interactions simultaneously while upholding exceptional customer service standards.
• Effectively addressing customer inquiries and ensuring prompt responses across various projects.
• Juggling multiple tasks and projects concurrently, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines and service expectations.
• Working in a rotational shift setting, including night shifts, to guarantee continuous support availability.
• Interacting with customers in a dynamic, face-to-face (real-time) environment, swiftly and professionally resolving issues.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Live Chat or Customer Service positions.
• Demonstrated capability to handle multiple live chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and high-quality service.
• Readiness and flexibility to work on a rotational shift schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as necessary.
• Strong adaptability and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude, capable of rapidly grasping new systems, processes, and product knowledge with minimal oversight.
• A solid educational background, with experience in BPO or related sectors considered advantageous.
