This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the daily management of Ryder's eCommerce clientele.
• Act as the customers' representative within our warehouses.
• Ensure we consistently surpass their expectations.
• Assist the Customer Success Manager with inquiries related to fulfillment order statuses, inventory, and additional customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to pinpoint performance gaps or unmet expectations and ensure they are addressed promptly.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Transportation is necessary.
• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant industry experience is required.
• At least two (2) years of experience in fulfillment and logistics is needed.
• Advanced working knowledge of FBAP, TIS, ROL, and TM systems is essential.
• Proficiency in statistical and transportation analysis tools such as Minilab, SAS, Metlab, 12, Tmod, and ILPS is required at an advanced level.
