This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Providing customer support through electronic communication channels.
• Communicating effectively in both verbal and written formats.
• Demonstrating empathy by understanding others' emotions and offering suitable assistance based on their needs.
• Exhibiting high tolerance levels without losing composure or becoming frustrated by daily circumstances.
• Adapting easily to changing work scenarios.
• Engaging actively by focusing on the underlying needs of the conversation, rather than just the words spoken.
• Processing customer orders for the relevant products/services (leasing, credit, bank accounts).
• Representing the company and brand positively.
• Applying creativity to implement changes and enhance process improvements.
• Ensuring accurate and complete documentation of all customer interactions, possessing a comprehensive understanding of the entire process.
• Managing time effectively and prioritizing daily tasks accordingly.
• Sharing relevant insights gained from customer interactions with the team.
• Participating in training sessions.
• Flexibly coordinating work schedules with colleagues based on business requirements.
• Successfully completing the training plan and consistently passing the process knowledge test (PKT).
• Offering assistance to new team members whenever feasible.
• Notifying process trainers and management whenever outdated information is identified in a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Proficient in Dutch (C1) and English (B2).
• Possessing a bachelor’s degree.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Demonstrating analytical thinking and being a self-starter.
• Relevant experience in customer service via phone.
• High motivation and a strong desire to learn.
• Ability to perform well under time constraints.
