This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Engage with incoming customers through online channels and phone calls to understand their desires and requirements for their next vehicle purchase.

• Utilize your expertise in the CarMax inventory to direct customers toward vehicles that align with their needs.

• Assist customers throughout the entire process, from online sales or appraisals to facilitating finance applications and coordinating vehicle delivery.

• Ensure a smooth transition from online purchasing to in-store experiences to deliver an exceptional customer service journey.

• Provide mentorship to others as your expertise grows.

• Meet sales objectives while delivering a memorable customer experience.

• Obtain the Automotive Sales Persons License in designated states, which may necessitate testing and travel, as some states require physical presence for license applications.


⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in sales and customer service, particularly in the retail sector, is preferred.

• Ability to excel in a dynamic sales environment.

• Excellent listening skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

• High degree of self-motivation to reach performance targets.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to learn and master new technologies, along with robust computer skills.

• Flexibility in availability for shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Willingness to adapt to schedule changes twice a year based on business needs.

• Candidates must reside within 100 miles of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location.


🏝️ Benefits

• Paid sick leave, vacation, and holiday time.

• Associates classified as full-time hourly or commission/incentive eligible can earn up to 48 hours of sick time annually, accrued each pay period, and between 80 to 200 hours of vacation time per year after a 90-day waiting period, depending on years of continuous service with the company.

• Receive 8 hours of pay for each of the 6 scheduled paid holidays per year, plus 1 floating holiday.

• If an associate works on a scheduled holiday due to business needs, they are eligible for Holiday Premium Pay.

• Full-time salaried associates are entitled to paid time off without a specified limit for sick leave, vacation, bereavement, jury duty, holidays, floating holidays, etc., subject to manager approval.
