This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and prioritize client requests for new hardware or equipment, ensuring prompt and efficient responses.
• Develop and deliver tailored quotes for both current and prospective clients, customized to address specific needs and preferences.
• Foster friendly and personable communication via email, with occasional phone calls to clarify requirements—steering clear of impersonal, robotic replies.
• Keep precise and up-to-date records in our ticketing and documentation systems for easy access and seamless operations.
• Actively engage in daily internal team meetings to align tasks, ensuring consistent client service and workflow efficiency.
• Proficient in crafting clear, friendly emails that steer away from scripted replies.
• A positive collaborator who is also self-motivated and organized.
• Able to independently address client needs using sound judgment.
• Eager to learn and quickly apply new IT processes and specifications.
• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous, but not mandatory.
