This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Providing outstanding customer service through effective management of inbound and outbound calls
• Addressing inquiries and efficiently processing customer requests
• Keeping precise records of customer interactions within CRM systems
• Handling orders, forms, and applications as necessary
• Adhering to company communication protocols and policies
• Interacting with customers to ensure a positive service experience
• Engaging in training sessions and participating in team meetings
• Supporting special projects and assisting with team tasks as required
• Following company health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Ensuring a clean and safe working environment
• Reporting incidents, hazards, or accidents according to company policy
• Demonstrated experience in a call center or customer service position
• Strong skills in phone handling and active listening
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Knowledge of CRM systems
• Capability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Customer service certification
• Experience in managing and handling client contacts
