This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver first-level customer service solutions related to client products.
• Foster and sustain positive customer relationships by providing tailored solutions.
• Aim to surpass customer expectations.
• Ensure that requests are managed effectively by collaborating with various departments within the company.
• Arrange service calls and follow up with customers and clients.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues using established diagnostic tools and protocols.
• Responsible for precise data entry utilizing designated applications.
• Possess exceptional call handling skills, demonstrating active listening while being empathetic and reassuring to the customer.
• Work collaboratively with your team to uphold high-quality service standards.
• Exhibit a passion for customer service, taking ownership of the customer experience and a commitment to providing comprehensive resolutions.
• Capable of adapting communication styles to various audiences while interpreting verbal and non-verbal cues.
• Comply with all client policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
• Approach problems with flexibility, adapting strategies as necessary without compromising results.
• At least 6 months of experience in customer-facing roles (phone, chat, in-person, etc.).
• A minimum of a high school diploma.
• A degree or certification in technology is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication and comprehension skills in English.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats.
• Proficient typing skills at 35 words per minute and capable of passing our language and grammar assessment.
• Reliable high-speed home internet connection.
• Strong work ethic with a dependable track record.
• Comfortable performing routine tasks at varying speeds.
