This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming customer calls

• Address inquiries and resolve issues

• Support customers with accounts, reservations, or transactions

• Organize roadside or service requests

• Accurately document notes in client systems

• Navigate through various computer applications

• Offer calm, professional, and solution-oriented assistance

• Identify or investigate client programs that align with professional skills and scheduling requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home

• Dependable high-speed internet connection

• A compatible Windows 11 computer

• Specific equipment related to the program may be necessary before starting service

• Must fulfill relevant state, equipment, background, and client requirements

• 1099 independent contractor status required

• Availability, skill set, location, equipment, and eligibility for programs may influence client-program options
