This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Provide assistance to customers by addressing their queries and offering recommendations.
• Handle sales transactions effectively while operating the designated cash register.
• Safeguard cash and ensure the protection of company assets.
• Ensure the store is adequately stocked and merchandise is organized.
• Receive incoming merchandise and assist with unloading trucks, restocking in line with productivity standards.
• Foster a positive, safe, and respectful atmosphere while engaging professionally and amicably with customers, associates, and management.
• Accountable for maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, which includes cleaning and restocking restrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, disposing of trash, and ensuring all areas are tidy and presentable.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Prior experience in customer service within a retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or pharmacy setting is strongly preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and understand operational documents is essential.
• Must be capable of lifting weights between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills are mandatory.
• Strong organizational and communication capabilities are necessary.
• Proficient problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
