This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email.
β’ Respond to inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and efficient manner.
β’ Assist with tasks such as account support, troubleshooting, or order processing based on the assigned account.
β’ Stay informed about company products, services, and processes to provide accurate information.
β’ Ensure the prompt and precise resolution of customer issues within established SLAs.
β’ Maintain and update customer records within the system.
β’ Adhere to company guidelines and SOPs to ensure consistent service quality.
β’ Strong customer service orientation with empathy and effective listening skills.
β’ Completion of at least High School (old curriculum), Senior High School, Associate/Vocational, or a College degree.
β’ Previous customer service experience (in BPO, call centers, or other customer-facing positions) is preferred but not mandatory.
β’ Proficient in computer navigation and familiar with system tools.
β’ Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
β’ Capability to handle various customer situations and resolve issues effectively.
