This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Address customer inquiries through voice, chat, and email channels.
• Provide solutions within established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure accurate documentation in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Adjust to the needs of both domestic and international customers.
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and the quality of responses.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Education: Completion of 12th grade (pursuing or completed graduation in any field except Law).
• Proficient in English and at least one local language.
• Good typing skills and proficiency in computer usage.
• Familiarity with AI tools is preferred.
• PF / ESIC benefits are applicable as per the cost to company (CTC).
