This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Provide outstanding customer service to all clients
β’ Work collaboratively with colleagues, supervisors, and management to meet both corporate and client objectives
β’ Adjust to a dynamic work setting
β’ Demonstrated experience in customer service within the BPO sector
β’ Strong verbal and written communication abilities
β’ Capability to offer customer support across various channels (email, chat, phone, etc.)
β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
β’ Willingness to be assigned to voice, non-voice, or blended programs as needed
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with average skills in MS Excel
β’ Competence in conveying information clearly
β’ Must be open to participating in mandatory initial training sessions
β’ Strong problem-solving capabilities
β’ Flexibility to work multiple shifts during weekends or holidays
β’ Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
β’ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
β’ Some analytical skills
