Customer Service Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• We are seeking an outstanding communicator to become a part of our Customer Success team.

• Address a wide array of inquiries, including technical difficulties and feature-related questions.

• Offer insights into online dating and the site's general guidelines.

• Conduct technical troubleshooting as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma is a must.

• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is desirable.

• At least 2 years of technical experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with Zendesk or other online ticketing systems is advantageous.
