• Address customer inquiries and ensure the accuracy of the information provided.

• Work diligently to achieve assigned targets.

• Organize tasks effectively and meet deadlines for service delivery.

• High school diploma is required.

• Previous experience in customer service is essential.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

• Proficiency with technology, including laptops, spreadsheets, systems, and Google tools, is expected.

• Basic understanding of banking and payment topics, such as payment methods, receivables anticipation, and invoices, is needed.
