Customer Service and Sales Representatives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +34 more states.

📋 Description

• Address customer inquiries by discovering creative solutions to diverse questions, issues, and concerns.

• Engage with customers through phone, email, chat, and social media to address their inquiries or concerns.

• Calmly strive to resolve and de-escalate any potential issues.

• Escalate interactions when deemed necessary and suitable.

• Respond to requests for assistance and/or facilitate payment processing.

• Document all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.

• Provide insights on call-related issues.

• Achieve sales targets as outlined.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Capability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute.

• Proficient with desktop computer systems and possess general knowledge of Windows-based environments.

• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred.

• A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
