
Customer Service Agent – Inbound Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Manage inbound communications for prominent brands
• Assist clients with inquiries, service requests, account assistance, and product support
• Utilize guided systems and resources to provide exceptional customer service
• Uphold professionalism, accuracy, and brand consistency
• Provide schedule flexibility once certified
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States
• U.S. resident (excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI)
• Ability to adhere to detailed processes and meet performance standards
• Strong communication and active listening abilities
• Comfortable using computer applications and web-based tools
• Capable of working independently and maintaining accountability to schedules
• Preferred: Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not mandatory
• Familiar with phone-based or computer-based support settings
• Flexible scheduling options post-certification
