Customer Service Agent, German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

• Address customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email.

• Provide assistance with inquiries regarding vehicle purchases, leasing options, service contracts, roadside assistance, and product information.

• Offer solutions for technical problems and disseminate knowledge about new models and features.

• Proficiency in German (both spoken and written).

• Competent English language skills (B1-B2 level).

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Basic technical knowledge and a keen interest in the automotive sector.
