This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Serve as the initial contact point for customers who speak German
• Address customer inquiries through both phone and email channels
• Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing friendly service
• Recognize and escalate complex issues when necessary
• Participate actively as a team member and assist with administrative responsibilities
• Native or near-native proficiency in German, alongside fluent English skills
• A true passion for delivering exceptional service and assisting customers
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented position
• Strong familiarity with MS Office applications
• Experience with CRM systems is advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work on a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday
