This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Manage incoming customer inquiries in Dutch through phone and email
• Address complaints with empathy and deliver personalized solutions
• Assess customer requests, recognize needs, and provide effective resolutions
• Adapt to various shifts, including weekends and night shifts
• Prior experience in customer service
• Proficient in Dutch and English (C1 level or above)
• Excellent communication abilities and empathetic approach
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Comfortable using computers and standard software, including Microsoft Office
