• Provide outstanding customer service while fostering positive relationships with clients.
• Address customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, live chat, eBay, and Facebook.
• Achieve customer service performance goals, encompassing satisfaction benchmarks and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Handle and oversee online orders, which include cancellations, returns, and refunds.
• Collaborate closely with management and internal teams to resolve issues regarding systems, processes, website functionality, and customer concerns.
• Report persistent issues and offer insights to enhance customer experience and internal workflows.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with customer service platforms; experience with Zendesk is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
